The Ukiah
Unified School District serves over 6,500 students in an
area of approximately 495 square miles, which includes the
Redwood Valley, Calpella, Talmage and Hopland areas as
well as the city of Ukiah.
Yokayo Elementary School as well as Ukiah High School have
been awarded the California Distinguished School Award
from the State of California Department of Education
several times.
Mendocino Community College is part of the California
community College system and offers various programs,
including academic preparation for the California State
University and University of California systems. |
